There's a narrow window before standing water starts causing secondary damage. Our Water Extraction process is built entirely around closing that window as fast as possible.

We measure extraction success with a moisture meter, not a visual check, because a floor can look dry on top while the material underneath is still saturated.
None of this is unique to a big loss either — the same standard applies whether it's a single-room water extraction call or a larger one.
These four things matter together, not in isolation — certification, speed, honest pricing, and the right equipment are what actually change the outcome of a water extraction call.
None of these standards are unique to us in theory, but they're worth confirming before you let anyone start water extraction work on your property.
Our trucks carry commercial extraction equipment that outperforms portable units on every metric that matters.
Every extraction job closes with moisture readings, not a visual guess at dryness.
Local staging is the difference between a 20-minute wait and a two-hour one.
You get a written quote before extraction starts, based on the actual scope of the loss.
We don't treat water extraction as a single generic task — each part of the process below gets its own specific approach.
We clear bulk water fast, then move into detailed extraction of carpet, pad, and subfloor.
Laminate and engineered flooring get a gentler extraction approach to avoid further delamination.
We weigh carpet before and after extraction on larger jobs to confirm moisture removal.
We adjust extraction time and equipment placement based on how porous the slab surface is.
Furniture and upholstered items get assessed and extracted on-site when salvageable.
A final moisture meter pass confirms extraction actually reached target levels before we leave.
Four steps, no guesswork, from your first call to a verified water extraction result.
Dispatch gathers just enough detail to load the right equipment before the truck leaves.
Crews staged locally get to your address quickly, equipment already loaded for Water Extraction work.
A technician assesses the scope on-site and provides a written flat-rate quote before any work begins.
We stand behind the result with a documented sign-off, not just a verbal assurance.
"They pulled water from under our hardwood without warping the boards further."
Grace T., San Mateo"They tested the pad separately from the carpet, which I didn't expect but appreciated."
Nathaniel W., San Mateo"No surprise charges — the quote matched the invoice exactly."
Bianca H., San Mateo"The flat-rate quote held even though the job ran a little longer than expected."
Corinne W., San Mateo"Extraction from a tricky corner behind built-in cabinetry was handled without damaging the cabinets themselves."
Julian V., San MateoThese are the questions we hear most often about water extraction, gathered from real calls, not a generic template list.
Our water extraction coverage spans 94404 94401 94402 94403 94497, with trucks positioned to reach any address in the service area quickly.
Coverage extends past the immediate area, so an outlying San Mateo address isn't treated as a lower priority for water extraction.
